DevOps Manager

We require a DevOps Manager to keep our systems and services operating, to ensure that they evolve as the business expands and to work with our developers to ensure that our applications and data resources are maintained, safeguarded, tracked and available to ourselves and our clients. We maintain our own systems where they add value and use cloud services where possible. Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer/Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be someone who is diligent and conscientious about the operational aspects of the job, but be curious, able to take the initiative and be prepared to experiment. They must be prepared to work closely with others to maintain our intellectual assets and deliver for our customers.



Business Development Manager

We require a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our revenues and client base in the economic development and property sectors. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will demonstrate the strong interpersonal and communication skills, B2B sales and marketing experience and strategic analysis capability that are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and a demonstrable ability to close deals. The ideal candidate will have experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to support the development of IDM's business strategy.
